July 20 1998 was the top. Give credit to Marty Armstrong and his Princeton Economic Institute for the Economic Confidence Model and for the exact date of the market top. Feb 2007 appears accurate and we are coming up on March 2008 for a mid bottom. With the elections in 2008, this seems likely we will see a rally for the rest of the year.
The Kondratieff Wave is normally 54 years and is believed to have bottomed in 2003/2004 when commodity prices hit a bottom. The above chart does not recognize the bottom and suggests a 60 year cycle and we will see a bottom in 2010
