| Good Friends Dinner Group is a group of friends dating back over 20 years in most cases. The purpose of the group is to keep old friendships alive by breaking bread once a month. The idea is to meet at different Elks Lodges one Friday evening each month for dinner. A member of the group that is an Elk will make arrangements with their lodge to sit a group of 20 for dinner. The idea is to limit it to Elks, but we can have a discussion on bringing guests. There will be no officers, no formal organization, no politics, just friends being friends. | ||

The success of this group depends upon volunteers that will host a dinner. The task only involves selecting a date that is a good night for your lodge, reserving a table for up to 20. and informing Herb Halling. Herb will keep this calendar current and e-mail every one of upcoming dinners. Everyone will get separate dinner bills to keep it simple.
